TERMS & CONDITIONS

GENERAL

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement and understanding between the parties. No variation of these terms and conditions shall be valid unless it is in writing and signed by or on behalf of each of the parties.

THE ADVERTISMENT

The Company shall film, produce and edit an Advertisement to promote the Advertiser's Tourism Products in accordance with the attached booking form.  Advertisements will be in a style and format consistent with Tourist Network's service in the relevant media.

INTERLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS (IPRs)

The Company shall own the IPRs to all the film, rushes and sequences it shoots creates and edits.

THE ORDER

An order form must be signed by new customers before filming or production can commence. The order form must clearly state which screens the customer wishes to be represented on and the specific months.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

The customer will be quoted a price for ‘Set Up' and an ongoing monthly price for appearing on the screen(s). The ‘Set Up' price will be invoiced immediately upon signing and the monthly screening price will become due post production and in accordance with ‘Suppliers Obligations'. All invoices are due within 28 days, unless otherwise stated.

CUSTOMERS OBLIGATION

The Customer must permit access to the location and provide a filming brief in writing (by completing our provided questionnaire) prior to the commencement of filming. The Customer must make every effort to ensure that filming can be completed within 1 session. The Customer must advise all relevant staff in the location prior to the commencement of the filming. For additional filming visits / production time / events outside of our control, an additional fee may be incurred.

SUPPLIERS OBLIGATION

The Company will film in accordance with the customer's brief. The Company will send the edited film to The Customer by email and by DVD for approval and The Customer must approve/disapprove the film within 7 days, otherwise it will be deemed that the footage is satisfactory and the footage will be screened in accordance with the order form.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company will not accept liability for any loss of business or perceived loss of business in relation to our products and to third parties' screen not being operational.

GOVERNING LAW These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
